Together, we supported the client in the design of its cash flow projections and in developing a negotiation strategy with suppliers, segmented by category. These elements form a critical part of the Restructuring Plan to be presented to Colombian authorities and creditors, with the goal of achieving a successful exit from the restructuring process.
