We are pleased to share the successful outcome of a restructuring advisory project carried out in partnership with G&P Consulting for a major Colombian company under Law 1116<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

This was a complex process that benefited greatly from the combined experience and knowledge of our teams, allowing us to navigate the financial challenges and guide the company toward a stronger and more sustainable future.<\/p>\n

As Valiat highlighted, this complete restructuring plan is a testament to the ability of our joint teams to execute even the most demanding engagements. We are excited about what lies ahead in this continued collaboration.<\/p>\n

Together, we supported the client in the design of its cash flow projections and in developing a negotiation strategy with suppliers, segmented by category. These elements form a critical part of the Restructuring Plan<\/strong> to be presented to Colombian authorities and creditors, with the goal of achieving a successful exit from the restructuring process.<\/p>\n

Our shared focus was on protecting the company\u2019s ongoing operations, leveraging the extensive experience of the Valiat and G&P Consulting teams\u2014including Sof\u00eda Sep\u00falveda, Diana Calixto, Gerardo G., and Juliana Cardona\u2014in corporate restructuring and turnaround situations.<\/p>\n
